| Job Description: | Award winning restaurant, and is highly recommended with in the Dubai market. The restaurant has 2 levels; bottom level 120 seats plus upper level piaziola- 160 seats. Succesful candidate chef must posess Michelin star experience . New style / modern Italian. Six years minimum experience as a sous chef/ chef de cuisine/ head chef in a award winning establishment Italian / Mediterranean restaurant. Hotel school or equivalent hands on experience in high end restaurants/ hotels. Preference for candidates who have HACCP certified. English language essential. |
