Job Description:	Our Restaurant has a lovely warm and intimate atmosphere and is open daily from 6.30 to 9.30pm. The restaurant is the winner of many awards including the AA Rosette in ’97, ’98, ’99 and 2000 and the RAC Dining Award in 2002. Our A La Carte menu produces food that is stylish with a mix of modern and traditional cuisines Our Carvery Restaurant is open daily for Breakfast from 8 to 10am and for Lunch from 12.30 to 3pm. We also cater for Larger groups for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Bar Relax in comfort recently completed a revamp making it roomier and brighter while still retaining the traditional feel. You can sample our Bar Food Menu which is available from 3 to 9.30pm which has a wide selection of tasty dishes to suit your needs. Catering also for Weddings and conferences Banqueting suite can cater for 450 seated or 550 conference style
